AURA WOOD offers a 7-Day Exchange Policy.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To request an exchange:

1. Email aurawood.online@gmail.com.

2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

3. Include photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect.

4. Contact us for instructions before sending any product back.

Refunds: Our standard change-of-mind option is exchange only. We do not offer discretionary cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This policy does not limit any refunds, replacements, or other consumer rights required under applicable law.

Any applicable exchange delivery charges will be explained before proceeding.
