By placing an order, you agree to the following terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Products: We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. Natural wood grain and appearance may vary slightly between individual products.

Prices and Payments: Product prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The applicable order total, including delivery charges, is shown at checkout.

Delivery: The estimated delivery period within Pakistan is approximately 3–4 days after order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary.

Exchanges: Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery according to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Refunds: Change-of-mind purchases are normally eligible for exchange rather than a cash refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy: Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
